Said commissions are payable at the closing in a case of sale or upon

Schedule “A” and agree to pay as follow:
Schedule “A”: Sales Commission - 3,5 %of the sale price.
Rentals Commission – 2 times monthly rent (one time
non-refundable
payment).

retain the right to sale or rent/lease the property directly on my own
behalf with no sale or rentals commission to Timeless Realty Corp, so long
as the Timeless Realty Corp did not produce the Buyer or Tenant on
acceptable conditions. I further have the right to list the property with
other brokers.
